Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
With this release, we're introducing Ideal Customer Profiles, the new feature for ranking and sorting companies in Goava.
Previously, you could select which lists you wanted to base your recommendations (Goava Score) on in each segment by selecting those lists. Now this powerful feature has a new home - Ideal Customer Profiles.
ICP Analytics
These new ICPs have analytics available so that you can view and understand what companies will get prioritized. Access analytics by clicking on the Score Profile. You'll see both the Analytics you're used to from segments with insights into each specific label, but also the new profile descriptions which tells you in plain text what type of companies will get highly ranked with the Ideal Customer Profile.
Create new ICPs based on lists and share with your team
You can create new ICPs based on lists from your Goava account, similar to how you have done it before, but with the additional power of analytics and being able to share Score Profiles with your team so that everyone can use the same ICPs.
Create ICPs with AI
You can now also describe your ideal customer profile in plain text (any language you prefer), and it will generate a profile based on your description.
Improved contact discoverability
People tab now also shows contacts with only phone number, previously it only showed contacts if they had an email address.
