What's new in Goava Q2 2026?

Goava's Q2 product update: signal-triggered prospecting, opportunities delivered to your inbox, a smarter research agent, and CRM-ready notes.

We shipped 30+ releases this quarter, and they all point in one direction: making Goava work for you, even when you're not logged in. Your agents got smarter, they started reaching out proactively, and the opportunities they surface are richer and land cleanly in your CRM. Here are the six updates we think you'll feel the most.

1. Signal-triggered prospecting

Your prospecting agent can now watch for buying signals. Point it at a segment and it monitors those companies for relevant news and recruitment activity, evaluates anything it finds against your ICP, and drops the genuine fits straight onto your positive outcome list. Instead of prospecting from a static list, you're now prospecting from what's actually happening in the market — automatically, every weekday.

2. Your opportunities, delivered to your inbox

You no longer have to log in to see what your agent found. Daily email digest to make sure you don't miss anything. Goava emails you exactly the opportunities discovered since the last email. No repeats, no stale items. It's prospecting that comes to you.

3. A smarter research agent

We rebuilt the Account Research Agent from the ground up and rolled it out to all accounts. It runs on a new generation of more capable AI models, enriches contacts more reliably, handles language far better (including non-Nordic teams selling into the Nordics), and now streams its reasoning live so you can watch it work rather than staring at a loading message.

4. Opportunity notes that actually look like opportunities

Every opportunity now arrives as one clean, consolidated briefing instead of three fragmented notes — fit reasoning, why-now signals, contacts, and next steps in a single place. Each one carries a numeric fit score, phone numbers are click-to-call, and the company name links straight into Discover with the research agent open. When these export to your CRM, they're formatted natively for HubSpot, SuperOffice, and Dynamics, with a clean fallback everywhere else.
On the credits side, there's now a dedicated AI Credits section in settings, and consolidated notes show exactly what each analysis cost — broken down between qualification and research — so you always know where your credits go. If an account runs out, agents pause cleanly and resume automatically on top-up.

5. Connect Goava to your own AI tools (early access)

We've opened early access to the Goava MCP server, which lets you plug Goava data directly into the AI tools you already use. It can list your segments and the companies inside them today, with more capabilities rolling out soon. It's the start of making Goava's intelligence available wherever you work — and we'd love early feedback from anyone who wants to try it.

6. Smarter team filters

The team filter got a new structure with two long-requested additions: exclude all companies already in your CRM, and use CRM sync lists directly in team filters.

Also shipped

Plenty more landed this quarter, including:

  • Export LinkedIn contacts straight to your CRM
  • Feedback loop: a simple 👍/👎 on each opportunity that teaches your agent what's relevant to you. It already learns from a single thumbs-down by comparing it to your ICP, and it checks in (gently) when it spots a pattern.
  • HubSpot support for multiple owner fields, plus optimized owner lookups
  • Activity imports across all CRM adapters (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, SuperOffice, Dynamics, Upsales, Lime)
  • Goava Enrich support for multiple SNI/NACE industry codes
  • A fully responsive company dashboard for smaller and embedded (CRM/iframe) views
  • Optimized CRM list sync — only changed companies are processed, not entire lists
  • Signal and prospecting agents now respect your default team filter

Plus a long list of smaller fixes, performance improvements, and reliability work behind the scenes.

As always, keep the feedback coming — a lot of what's above started as a customer request. We read all of it, and it shapes what we build next.
