Background

Convini offers smart food and coffee solutions in workplaces around Sweden. The sales team wanted to take the next step in how they find and prioritize the right companies to contact, from districts and static lists to a more targeted, dynamic approach. They were looking for a partner who could support their sales process while challenging them to think in new ways. Challenge

Convini previously based its prospecting on geographical districts and static lists. There was no clear reason to make contact, which meant that the quality of conversations with potential customers varied greatly and that the potential of their overall target group was not fully utilized. Salespeople needed to be able to maintain a high level of activity while maintaining quality, and management needed better insights into the characteristics of the companies that were actually their best customers. At the same time, they wanted to avoid duplication between tools and ensure that their new prospecting tool was connected and talked to their CRM SuperOffice.

The solution
With Goava, Convini went from static lists to dynamic, trigger-based prospecting where each contact has a clear purpose. Salespeople work independently and quickly find the right companies to approach, while management gets a comprehensive overview of which industries and sizes of companies perform best and can direct efforts to where the chance of business is greatest.

With Goava's mobile app PING, the team is constantly updated on important events with key customers and prospects - directly in everyday life. The integration with SuperOffice allows the systems to talk to each other and reduce duplication, for example by excluding existing customers and highlighting relevant companies within the same group to identify new growth opportunities. Thanks to the close collaboration with Goava's Customer Success team, with quick feedback and concrete advice, Convini has also been able to develop its working methods from pure prospecting to smarter processing - at a pace that suits the business.

The results
Convini has established a more structured and accurate approach to sales, where each new contact is based on relevance. The salespeople enter their conversations with the right message and timing - which increases conversion and strengthens customer confidence. New salespeople get up to speed quickly thanks to predefined segments to target. At the same time, Anders and the team can spend their time where it will do the most good, as they can easily see which segments work best and should be prioritized.
